Nurturely is a pregnancy tracking application that allows users to monitor pregnancy milestones, track symptoms, vitals, appointments, nutrition, and other health-related information. The Service is provided for informational and personal tracking purposes only.
Nurturely is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information provided through the Service is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician, midwife, or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding your pregnancy or a medical condition.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in Settings. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Canada.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and revising the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
